Demonio is a Metal band from Austin,Texas,they have been together since '93 all original members.Demonio started right in the breakout of grunge and alternative rock,It was hard getting gigs in Austin due to the popularity of the flannel era,Demonio tried to book gigs in there own town and where told they where "Too Death Metal".Metal is now on the rise and is
getting better with help from 'Ozzfest' The four of them have different influences and you can hear it in there music,so it's hard for people to catagorize.If you like Thrash,Death,Speed,Grindcore,punk or anything Metal you will like them.These are a few Places they have played:Austin; San Antonio,Corpus,Vegas,California, Houston,Dallas,and Victoria.There goal is to create a loyal following and stamp the name "DEMONIO" in the World of Metal

Mike De Leon: I am the lead vocalist/guitar player.
I started playing guitar at age 11.
Early 80's metal influenced me to play guitar.
I was in and out of many local bands,
until 1993 when I was asked to play guitar for a band.
The original vocalist quit and I decided to give vocals a try.
And that is how I became the front man for Demonio.

Robert De Leon:I play bass guitar for Demonio. I started when I was 11,
when my older brother Mike started playing guitar I decided to pick up the bass.
I started to listen to heavy music and other bass players.
My two influences are Cliff Burton and Steve Harris, for there creativity and
aggressive styles.
I feel that I can also add something different to the bass.
And hope that through Demonio I can inspire other future bass players.

Abel Villareal, age:I am the drummer for Demonio.
I started when I was 14, the intensity and coordination of the instrument,
always fascinated me.
Watching drum solos always gets a crowd going.
And it gets me going to hear there response.
Demonio is a high energy band so that's why, I love what I do.

Richard Rodriguez, age:I play guitar for Demonio I started playing guitar at the age of 13. Hearing the aggression of metal music is what got me into playing guitar. I've been playing guitar for 11 years I also like playing classical guitar as well
